Conflict Resolution

In the event of any disagreements related to this Agreement, both parties agree to engage in open and constructive discussions to resolve the issue. If these discussions do not lead to a resolution, the matter may be resolved through confidential arbitration in accordance with the ICC ADR Rules. A single arbitrator will oversee the arbitration, which will be conducted in English and take place in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's ruling will be final and binding. Arbitration will be the exclusive means of resolving disputes.

Account Protection

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. ImperialGoldAxis is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and confirm your authority to represent your organization, if relevant.
